On 25 Jan 2022, Singapore Polytechnic (SP) had the privilege of signing the Masonic Charitable Fund- Lodge St. Patrick Bursary Award. Dr. Brian Shegar, Chairman of Masonic Charitable Fund (MCF), Mr. Abuthahir Abdul Gafoor, Past Master of Lodge St. Patrick and our PCEO, Mr. Soh Wai Wah endorsed the agreement that will help six students with financial challenges over the next three years.
Dr. Brian from MCF shared, “Charity is the cornerstone of Freemasonry and the Masonic Charitable Fund (MCF) was established in late 2019 to provide educational financial assistance to financially disadvantaged Singaporean students. We are delighted that we are able to sign this agreement between SP, Lodge St Patrick and MCF.
Lodge St Patrick has been a regular contributor to a scholarship award from SP. We hope to maintain our relationship and do more in future.” We are grateful to MCF & Lodge St. Patrick for their generosity and hope to have a continued partnership with them.
